Customer Service Representative (Night Shift, Narayanganj)

Location: Narayanganj (Chashara)

Shift: Night (7 PM – 4 AM)

Salary: Hourly basis with paid leave and other policies after one month of training (paid).

We are looking for a customer service representative to join our growing team in Narayanganj. If you’re fluent in English, passionate about helping others, and comfortable working night shifts, we’d love to hear from you!

Experience

• At least 1 year

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Call Center, Garments & Textiles, and Interpreter.

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 18 years

• Excellent fluency in spoken and written English (must)

• O/A Level background preferred

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role (freshers are welcome!)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure

• Willingness to work night shifts (7 PM to 4 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, or call Resolving customer complaints and ensuring satisfaction

• Logging interactions and reporting issues to the supervisor

• Working collaboratively with the team to improve customer experience

• Fluent in English reading, writing, and Speaking (No exception)

• Fluent in Bangla

• Basic computer, Internet browsing, and Google Docs skills.
