Description
• This position requires strong communication skills, with the ability to engage
potential customers and build lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will be
fluent in both Bengali and English.
• Responsibilities:
• Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers,
introduce our products/services, and generate leads or close sales.
• Customer Engagement: Manage and grow relationships with key clients by
identifying their needs and handle complaint
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/services to
confidently answer customer queries and effectively pitch offerings.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
and KPIs set by the team leader/sales manager.
• Customer Retention: Follow up with existing customers, offer new products,
services, or promotional deals, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Database Management: Update and maintain accurate customer information in
our CRM system, ensuring all sales activities are logged and tracked.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, challenges, and
feedback from customers to the team leader or manager.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to
ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to overall business
